Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Rekam Medis Berbasis Web Menggunakan Laravel

The advancement of information technology has accelerated digital transformation in various sectors, including healthcare services. Bidan Suantini Clinic still relies on manual medical record management, which increases the risk of data loss, recording errors, and delays in retrieving patient information. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Medical Record Information System using the Laravel framework to support structured patient data management. The research employed the Waterfall development method, which consists of the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and system testing. The result of this study is a web-based information system that provides features for managing patient data, registration, medical records, medical record history, reports, users, and healthcare services according to the access rights of administrators, midwives, and owners. The developed system supports integrated recording, storage, retrieval, and reporting of medical records, making patient data management more organized and easier to access.
Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong digitalisasi pada berbagai sektor, termasuk pelayanan kesehatan. Klinik Bidan Suantini masih menggunakan sistem pencatatan rekam medis secara manual sehingga berisiko menyebabkan kehilangan data, kesalahan pencatatan, serta memperlambat proses pencarian informasi pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Sistem Informasi Rekam Medis Pasien Berbasis Web menggunakan framework Laravel untuk membantu pengelolaan data pasien secara terstruktur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Waterfall yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian sistem. Hasil penelitian berupa sistem informasi berbasis web yang menyediakan fitur pengelolaan data pasien, pendaftaran, rekam medis, riwayat rekam medis, laporan, serta pengelolaan data pengguna dan layanan sesuai dengan hak akses administrator, bidan, dan owner. Sistem yang dibangun mampu mendukung proses pencatatan, penyimpanan, pencarian, dan pelaporan data rekam medis secara terintegrasi sehingga pengelolaan data menjadi lebih terstruktur dan mudah diakses.
