Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan alat penggerak kegiatan perusahaan untuk meningkatkan pencapaian tujuan yang ditentukan. Keberhasilan suatu organisasi untuk dapat tumbuh dan berkembang sangat dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan yang muncul pada seluruh kegiatan organisasinya. Banyak faktor yang memicu ketidakpuasan karyawan dalam menjalani pekerjaan, diantaranya yang berhubungan dengan kualitas kepemimpinan belum sesuai dengan harapan, motivasi kerja yang rendah, dan iklim organisasi yang tidak kondusif. Dengan demikian pembenahan kerja karyawan melalui variabel kepuasan kerja menuju kinerja organisasi yang tinggi dapat ditata dan dibina dengan lebih baik dalam strategi pengembangan dan pengelolaan SDM. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja karyawan di RS Condong Catur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Obyek penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Condong Catur Yogyakarta. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 173 responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuisioner. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji analisis deskriptif Chi-Square Statistik dan Sobel Test untuk uji mediasinya. Dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dukungan yang signifikan dimana memperkuat konsep bahwa kepuasan kerja dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor kualitas kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan iklim organisasi yang akan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan melalui variabel kepuasan kerja dengan signifikan pada nilai P <0,05.


Human resources are a driving force for company activities to improve the achievement of the specified goals. The success of an organization to be able to grow and develop is strongly influenced by the satisfaction that appears in all organizational activities. Many factors trigger employee dissatisfaction in carrying out work, including those related to the quality of leadership that has not met expectations, low work motivation, and an organizational climate that is not conducive. Thus improving employee work through the variables of job satisfaction towards high organizational performance can be better organized and fostered in the HR development and management strategy. The research aims to determine the effect of leadership quality, motivation, and organizational climate on performance which is mediated by employee job satisfaction at Condong Catur Hospital. This study uses a quantitative approach. The object of this research was conducted at the Condong Catur Hospital, Yogyakarta. The sample in this research is 173 respondents. Data was collected by questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used analysis test descriptive Chi-Square Statistics and Sobel Test for the mediation test. This study obtained significant support which strengthens the concept that job satisfaction is influenced by factors of leadership quality, work motivation, and organizational climate which will affect employee performance through the variable job satisfaction with a significant P value <0.05.
