Abstract

Transformasi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia, khususnya pada proses rekrutmen dan seleksi karyawan. Penerapan kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam sistem e-recruitment menjadi inovasi strategis yang menjanjikan efisiensi dan efektivitas melalui otomatisasi penyaringan CV, pencocokan kompetensi, penggunaan chatbot, hingga evaluasi kandidat berbasis skor. Namun, di balik potensi tersebut, terdapat tantangan implementasi seperti bias algoritmik, transparansi pengambilan keputusan, dan kesiapan infrastruktur organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan AI dalam sistem e-recruitment terhadap efektivitas seleksi karyawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 75 responden dari berbagai perusahaan di Indonesia yang telah mengadopsi sistem e-recruitment berbasis AI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua dimensi penerapan AI berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas seleksi, meliputi kecepatan proses, akurasi pemilihan kandidat, tingkat retensi awal, dan kepuasan manajer. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi empiris dan praktis dalam pengembangan sistem e-recruitment yang tidak hanya efisien, tetapi juga adil dan etis dalam konteks manajemen SDM modern
