Perekonomian nasional dalam mikroekonomi (UMKM, Ekonomi kreatif, Koperasi) memiliki andil yang cukup besar bagi pertumbuhan dan perekonomian Indonesia. Salah satu usaha UMKM yang termasuk pada kriteria usaha menengah kebawah yaitu Toko Sembako Sukamaju yang masih menerapkan sistem pengelolaan toko secara konvensional. Toko Sembako Sukamaju merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang penjualan kebutuhan sehari-hari masyarakat sekitar. Proses pengolahan data stok barang dan perekapan penjualan masih dilakukan secara konvensional menyebabkan rawan terjadi kesalahan akibat human error pada proses transaksi serta pengolahan data. Perancangan sistem menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Dart dengan framework flutter. Pengujian sistem menggunakan metode Blackbox Testing. Dengan adanya perancangan aplikasi berbasis Android ini diharapkan pengelolaan toko dimulai dari proses transaksi, pengelolaan data stok barang, dan input serta mengecek data barang menggunakan barcode scanner via smartphone dapat lebih memudahkan para pelaku usaha dalam mengelola tokonya.
