Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Kepemimpinan Visioner Terhadap Employee Engagement PT. Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero)

Abstract
ABSTRAK
Perkembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia baru-baru ini telah mengarah pada kapitalisasi. Sumber daya manusia diharapkan berfungsi sebagai kunci / pendukung keberhasilan aset dalam suatu organisasi Sebagai keberhasilan aset organisai, maka diperlukan keterlibatan karyawan sebagau sumber daya manusia. Budaya organisasi yang kondusif dan kepemimpinan visioner merupakan salah satu faktor pembentuk employee engagement dalam organisasi Employee Engagement dalam organisasi merupakan inisiatif dan motivasi sumber daya manusia untuk mengontrol kinerja, juga merupakan fondasi strategis yang dapat menuntun pada kemajuan organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh, dan kolerasi budaya organisai dan gaya kepemimpinan visioner terhadap employee engagemen pada PT. Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero). Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan PT. Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero). Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan sampel. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif. Instrumen stastistik yang digunakan adalah analisa regresi dan kolerasi berganda dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan visioner berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap employee engagement, karena sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel ata faktor lain seperti individu, kepemilikan, kejelasan dan tindakan.

ABSTRACT
The development of human resource management recently has already lead to human capital. Human resource is expected as supporting function but as key source/ success of asset in an organization. As the success of organizational asset, so it needs an employee engagement as human resource. A conducive organizational culture and visionary leadership which is one of formation factor of employee engagement in organization. In an organization, employee engagement is more initiative of human resource and it is motivation to control performance, also it is strategic foundation that can lead to reach the goal of organization. The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the description, the impact, and the correlation between organizational culture and visionary leadership influence employee engagement at PT. Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero). The population of the study is employee of PT. Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero). Sampling technique used is purposive sampling with sample. The type of this study is verification descriptive research. Statistic instrument used is regression analysis and multiple correlations by using validity test, reliability test, normality test, and multiple linier regression analysis. Based on the study result shows that organizational culture and visionary leadership influence insignificantly toward employee engagement because of the rest is influenced by another variables or factors like individual, ownership, clarity, and action.
