Abstract

ABSTRAK


Fenomena pada industri saat ini bermula dari sumber daya manusia, dimana dibutuhkan tingkat motivasi kerja untuk mendukung kinerja perusahaan yang lebih baik. Menelaah dari fenomena, maka penelitian fokus pada kajian implementasi sistem manajemen mutu ISO, budaya kualitas dan internal service quality pada peningkatan motivasi kerja karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan melalui survey pada karyawan perusahaan dengan studi kasus pada PT Citra Teknik Medica yang memiliki masalah pada motivasi kerja karyawan. Data didapat dari karyawan melalui kuesioner, dengan total terdapat 74 responden. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa sistem manajemen muti ISO, budaya kualitas dan internal service quality memiliki dampak signifikan pada peningkatan motivasi karyawan. Penelitian ini memiliki manfaat untuk industri secara umum, dimana perilaku organisasi berkaitan tentang motivasi karyawan penting untuk diperhatikan.

ABSTRACT


The phenomenon in the industry currently starts from human resources, which requires a level of work motivation to support better company performance. Examining the phenomenon, the research focuses on the study of the implementation of ISO quality management systems, quality culture and internal service quality on increasing employee work motivation. The study was conducted through a survey of company employees with a case study at PT Citra Teknik Medica who had problems with employee motivation. Data obtained from employees through questionnaires, with a total of 74 respondents. The results of the study found that the ISO management system, quality culture and internal service quality had a significant impact on increasing employee motivation. This research has benefits for industry in general, where organizational behavior related to employee motivation is important to pay attention to.
