Jurnal Kajian Pariwisata (Journal of Tourism) is a result of research which is in line with current circumstances and conditions of developing global tourism environment. The application of theories and scientific studies in the field of tourism, coupled with the compilation of multidimensional and multidisciplinary critical analyses of tourism, represents a significant contribution to the field. The journal is published twice a year, in April and September. Jurnal Kajian Pariwisata is published online in accordance with the recommendations of LIPI in Decree No. 0005.26862522/JI.3.1/SK.ISSN/2019.09. 19 (from issue Vol.1, No.1, April 2019 onwards)
A statement letter from the General Directorate of Higher Education, Research and Technology Number 355/DST/D.D1/HM.01.01/2026 certifies that the Kajian Pariwisata journal has been approved at the Four stage of Indonesia's National System of Research and Technology Assessment (SINTA 4).
It is hoped that Kajian Pariwisata Journal will become a portal for disseminating a range of scientific applications relevant to tourism development, both nationally and internationally.

Jurnal Kajian Pariwisata (JKP) Volume 8 No. 1 edisi April 2026 sebagian besar adalah artikel yang di seminarkan pada acara “Membangun Resiliensi Pariwisata Melalui Pariwisata Berkelanjutan” di Universitas Padjadjaran Tahun 2026 berdasarkan MoU Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Ars Internasional dengan Sekolah Pascasarjana Universitas Padjadjaran. Memuat artikel dengan kontributor yang berasal dari Universitas Indonesia, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Universitas Padjadjaran, Universitas Bangka Belitung, STP AMPTA Yogyakarta, STP ARS Internasional, Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya, dan Universitas Adhirajasa Reswara Sanjaya. Artikel-artikel tersebut membahas resiliensi ekowisata di Kawasan Transmigrasi Melolo, Sumba Timur; perbandingan desentralisasi asimetris antara Provinsi DIY dan DKI Jakarta dalam tata kelola pariwisata berkelanjutan; perlindungan hukum konsumen pada transaksi pariwisata berbasis platform digital; pengaruh museum experience terhadap kepuasan dan minat kunjungan ulang di Museum Ki Pahare, Sukabumi; perancangan scarf motif songket Palembang sebagai produk cinderamata inovatif; potensi wellness tourism berbasis slow living dan cultural experience di Kawasan Pecinan Sungailiat, Bangka; serta dampak guncangan geopolitik dan volatilitas harga avtur terhadap resiliensi kebijakan pariwisata Indonesia.
