HUBUNGAN DUKUNGAN SOSIAL DAN DEPRESI TERHADAP KEPATUHAN PASIEN YANG MENJALANI HEMODIALISIS

Abstract

Hemodialisis merupakan terapi pengganti pada pasien gagal ginjal kronik dengan stadium 4. Prevalensi pasien baru hemodialisis di Indonesia pada tahun 2017 sampai 2018 mengalami peningkatan sebanyak 35.602 serta peningkatan prevalensi pasien lama hemodialisis di Indonesia sebanyak 54.250 yang aktif dalam menjalani hemodialisis pada 797 unit hemodialisis. Pengobatan pada hemodialisis harus diikuti dengan manajemen pengobatan yang efektif diantaranya perubahan kebiasaan, rutinitas, dan gaya hidup pasien dalam menjalankan kepatuhan dalam pembatasan diet dan cairan pasien hemodialisis. Terdapat factor yang dapat mempengaruhi kepatuhan pasien diantaranya factor psikologis. Faktor psikologis tersebut yaitu dukungan sosial dan depresi sehingga dapat mempengaruhi pasien dalam kepatuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan sosial dan depresi terhadap kepatuhan pembatasan diet dan cairan pasien yang menjalani hemodialisis di Rumah Sakit Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan desai cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan data digunakan teknik non probality sampling dengan metode consecutive sampling dengan total sampel 96 responden. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara dukungan sosial terhadap kepatuhan pembatasan diet dan cairan pasien hemodialisis (p value = -0,115) dan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara depresi terhadap kepatuhan pembatasan diet dan cairan pasien hemodialisis (p value = 0,016). Perawat di ruang hemodialisis sebagai penyedia layanan  kesehatan dapat meningkatkan komunikasi dan motivasi dalam memberikan intervensi dan pendidikan kesehatan pada pasien dan keluarga terkait kepatuhan pembatasan diet dan cairan pasien hemodialisis.
