Abstrak
Tes psikometri saat ini sudah dilakukan dalam dunia kerja, semua kandidat atau calon pelamar kerja pasti tidak asing dengan istilah psychometric assessment. Psychometric assessment adalah tes yang ditujukan untuk mengukur intelektualitas seorang calon pekerja atau karyawan. Rumah sakit Hasan Sadikin merupakan rumah sakit pemerintah yang berada di Kota Bandung dan menyediakan tes psikometri secara offline. Pelaksanaan tes psikoemtri secara offline di Rumah Sakit Hasan Sadikin ini cukup memakan waktu yang lama dalam pemeriksaan hasil tes, maka dibutuhkan sebuah aplikasi untuk tes psikometri berbasis online yang dapat menciptakan sistem untuk memeriksa hasil tes secara otomatis sehingga hasilnya lebih cepat didapat. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu membuat sebuah aplikasi tes psikoemtri berbasis online sehingga dapat mempermudah peserta melakukan ujian tes dan mempermudah pihak rumah sakit mengelola hasil tes. Metode yang digunakan adalah Simple Additive Weighting. Cara kerja metode ini yaitu memberikan bobot pada setiap pertanyaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu aplikasi berbasis website yang dapat digunakan untuk proses ujian, dan proses pemberian hasil ujian.

Abstract
Psychometric tests are now carried out in the world of work, all candidates or prospective job applicants must be familiar with the term psychometric assessment. Psychometric assessment is a test aimed at measuring the intellect of a prospective employee or employee. Hasan Sadikin Hospital is a government hospital in the city of Bandung and provides offline psychometric tests. Implementation of offline psychoemetry tests at Hasan Sadikin Hospital takes quite a long time in the examination of test results, so we need an application for online-based psychometric tests that can create a system to check the test results automatically so that results are faster to obtain. The purpose of this study is to create an online-based psychoemetry test application so that it can make it easier for participants to take test exams and make it easier for hospitals to manage test results. The method used is Simple Additive Weighting. The way this method works is to give weight to each question. The results of this study are website-based applications that can be used for the examination process, and the process of providing exam results.
