Usability Testing Aplikasi Indovision Anywhere-Free

Teknologi pada dunia TV berlangganan, perlu memiliki kegunaan yang lebih tinggi (high usability) sehingga dapat digunakan dengan mudah, efektif, efisien dan memuaskan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat penerimaan dari 2 kelompok pelanggan terhadap aplikasi Indovision Anywhere-free guna mendapatkan aplikasi dengan kegunaan tinggi, sehingga apliaksi tersebut siap untuk digunakan oleh seluruh pelanggan Indovision. Berdasarkan analisis acceptability dengan metode usability testing, diperoleh hasil bahwa jumlah pelanggan yang meneria teknologi baru tersebut sebanyak 75% jika dilakukan pengembangan pada aplikasi. Saran perbaikan teknis aplikasi dapat digunakan bagi tim pengembangan produk dalam proses perbaikannya.
