The personal information provided to us will be used exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Editorial Process: Managing manuscript submissions, the peer-review process, and correspondence between authors, editors, and reviewers.

  • Publication: The names and affiliations of authors will be published alongside accepted articles as part of the official permanent scholarly record.

  • Notifications: Sending updates regarding manuscript status or important journal announcements to registered users.

3. Data Protection

The Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) of ARS University guarantees that:

  • Your personal data will not be sold, traded, or used for commercial purposes outside of journal publishing interests.

  • Access to personal data is strictly limited to authorised editorial staff and system administrators.

  • We implement robust technical security measures to prevent unauthorised access or data misuse.

4. User Rights

Users have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of their personal data from our systems (noting that authorship data on published articles remains permanent to maintain the integrity of the scientific record).
