PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN PERILAKU ORGANISASI TERHADAP KOMITMEN AFEKTIF DAN KEPUASAN KERJA PADA PERAWAT RUMAH SAKIT GRAHA MANDIRI PALEMBANG

Abstract
Perawat merupakan unjung tombak utama bagi citra pelayanan sebuah rumah sakit yang langsung dirasakan oleh pasien. Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional Manager RS dapat membentuk komitmen dan menciptakan kepuasan pegawai dengan memperbaiki cara kerja pegawai sangat diperlukan yang dapat menjadi panutan bagi seluruh bawahan agar dapat memperbaiki dan menciptakan budaya kerja yang baik sehingga seluruh pejabat di rumah sakit dapat bersinerji dalam memberikan pelayanan yang baik dan prestasi kerja yang tinggi. Perawat yang memiliki komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan yang tinggi akan memiliki perilaku organisasi yang tinggi pula. Tujuan penelitian ini adalan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan perilaku organisasi terhadap komitmen afektif dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling jenuh dengan 49 perawat di Rumah Sakit Graha Mandiri Palambeng. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis path (analisis jalur). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif, perilaku organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif, kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh negatif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, perilaku organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen afektif berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.
Nurses are the main spearhead for the image of a hospital's services that are directly felt by patients. The transformational leadership style of Hospital Managers can form commitment and create employee satisfaction by improving the way employees work. It is very necessary to be a role model for all subordinates to improve and create a good work culture so that all officials in the hospital can work together in providing good service and achievement. high work. Nurses who have high organizational commitment and satisfaction will also have high organizational behavior. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership and organizational behavior on affective commitment and job satisfaction. This study used a quantitative approach with a saturated sampling technique with 49 nurses at Graha Mandiri Palambeng Hospital. Data analysis techniques using path analysis (path analysis). The results showed that transformational leadership had a significant positive effect on affective commitment, organizational behavior had a significant positive effect on affective commitment, transformational leadership had a negative but not significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational behavior had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and affective commitment had a significant positive effect on satisfaction work.
